Delivery typically takes 4–7 working days (Monday to Friday). Note: If you get a discount you will pay the shipping costs.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.
International delivery also takes approximately 7 working days (Monday to Friday).
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. Note: If you get a discount you will pay the shipping costs.

Returns, Exchanges

Each Alchemy Crystal Bowl is a one-of-a-kind, finely tuned piece of art. To support you in choosing the right bowl, we offer a complimentary advisory service that includes audio and visual recordings.

If you feel this process may not be sufficient for you, we recommend booking a personal appointment at our Alchemy Studio in Munich, where you can experience and play the bowls in person before committing to a purchase.

Please note:
We do not offer returns if you change your mind after purchase. Exchanges are only possible in rare exceptions and must be agreed upon prior to placing your order.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights in the event of a bowl arriving damaged or incorrectly supplied. We do not accept returns of bowls that have been delivered in perfect condition, as they are unique, handcrafted pieces.

Faulty or Incorrectly Supplied Items

If you receive a bowl that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at:

We will arrange the return for you.
Please inspect the packaging carefully upon delivery and do not sign for the item if the packaging is visibly damaged.
If possible, open the box while the courier is present and only sign for the parcel if everything is complete and intact.
