Both formats cover the same comprehensive curriculum and lead to the same 20-hour certification. The core difference is the experience:

• Online: Learn at your own pace with 12-month access. Ideal if you prefer flexibility or are not based near Munich. Includes WhatsApp support with Irina and a 1:1 Bowl Consultation.
• In-Person: A two-day immersive weekend at Alchemy Sound Studio in Munich. You practice hands-on with a curated collection of Alchemy Crystal Bowls, experience live group sound baths, and connect deeply with fellow students and with Irina.

Upon completion of either the online or in-person training, you receive a 20-hour Sound Healing Practitioner Certificate. To earn the certificate, you must facilitate 4 sound baths and participate in 4 sound baths — these can be completed online or in person.

No — you do not need to own crystal singing bowls to participate. For in-person trainings, high-quality Crystal Tones Alchemy Bowls are provided in the studio for practice. For the online course, the training is designed so you can follow along and learn the techniques before investing in your own instruments.

Her journey with sound healing began through a deeply personal path of transformation — after years of navigating significant health challenges, she discovered the resonant frequencies of Alchemy Crystal Bowls as a gateway to healing, presence, and inner alignment.

With a background in Nada Yoga, Bhakti, Breathwork, and Reiki, Irina has guided over 50 sound training weekends and hundreds of sound baths. She brings warmth, depth, and an intuitive understanding of each student's journey.
