I'm Irina Sterna, the founder of Alchemy Sound Studio. My journey with sound healing began as I overcame personal health struggles through the resonant frequencies of crystal bowls, sparking my passion to share this experience with others.
With a background in Nada Yoga, Bhakti, Breathwork, and Reiki, I established Alchemy Sound Studio in Germany. This sanctuary offers Alchemy Crystal Bowls, hosts Sound ?Baths, and facilitates Sound + Nada Yoga Trainings.
My mission is to create a haven for awareness, love, healing, and connection. Alchemy Sound Studio helps human beings tune into higher frequencies, leaving them inspired to elevate their lives.
