In an exclusive setting at the Rosewood Hotel in Munich, we co-created with Balmain to offer a curated sound and breath experience in alignment with the new moon — a time known for its potential to support mental clarity, emotional reset, and inner focus.
Guests were guided by Irina Sterna through a session designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system through conscious breathing and vibrational resonance. The evening began with a moment of guided breathwork, offering a physiological shift into a more coherent, calm state. This was followed by a sound bath using high-grade Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, each chosen for their ability to entrain brainwave states and promote deep relaxation.
The specific frequencies used support alpha and theta wave states — brainwave patterns associated with relaxation, emotional integration, and enhanced creativity. Participants reported increased presence, inner quiet, and a deep sense of reset.
This collaboration with Balmain emphasized the intersection of science, beauty, and well-being — creating an immersive experience that honors both the nervous system and the human need for stillness in an overstimulated world.
