Breathwork

Using a powerful two-stage Pranayama technique, you will connect deeply with your breath. This active breathing method helps you become aware of and release blocked energy in the mind and body, fostering emotional, mental, and energetic balance. I adjust the modalities during our sessions to align with your unique intentions, ensuring that each session is in harmony with your personal goals.

Reiki

At the heart of my sessions is Reiki, a gentle Japanese healing technique that calms the nervous system and balances subtle energy centers through light touch. Reiki works holistically, addressing physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects, helping your cells return to their natural state of harmony. It can reduce chronic stress, enhance overall well-being, and support the body in managing illness, neurological disorders, chronic fatigue, and depression.

Sound Healing with Crystal Bowls

The Alchemy Crystal Bowls use frequencies to restore harmony and well-being to your emotional, physical, spiritual, and mental body. Their vibrations help dissolve blockages, promoting a relaxed and enlightened state of being. The pure tones of the bowls encourage your cells to return to their original state of balance. During the sessions, these sounds help transition your brainwaves from a wakeful state (Beta) to a relaxed (Alpha), deeply relaxed (Theta), or even sleep-like state (Delta), enhancing cellular function. A study published in the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health confirmed that singing bowl sounds synchronize brainwaves toward theta and delta states associated with deep meditation. Additional instruments like drums and vocal tones are also used to deepen the experience.
