Each bar of Keith's Cacao is handcrafted from 100% pure Criollo beans — the rarest and most prized cacao variety — hand-toasted, hand-peeled, and double-inspected for unmatched quality and consistency.

The Heart Opening

Ceremonial cacao is unlike coffee or regular chocolate. Its primary active compound is theobromine, a gentle, long-lasting stimulant that opens blood vessels and increases blood flow to the heart. Combined with anandamide (the "bliss molecule"), PEA (the "love chemical"), and natural serotonin precursors, cacao creates a unique state of focused calm, emotional openness, and gentle euphoria — without the jitters or crash of caffeine.

How to Prepare

Ceremonial dose: 28g · Daily dose: 14g

1. Chop or break your dose from the bar
2. Heat 200ml water until hot but not boiling (70–80°C)
3. Add cacao and whisk or blend until smooth and frothy

Recipe variation: Add a teaspoon of coconut oil, a few cashews, and a drop of vanilla. Blend for 30 seconds for a creamy, luxurious elixir.
