Step into the world of Crystal Tones Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls at Bettina’s studio, just north of Stuttgart.
Bettina is the founder of Onda Sound and our Alchemy Sound Studio partner in the Stuttgart region. Her path led her through yoga to sound, and from her very first sound bath she knew this was her work. She trained with Irina Sterna and today holds a calm, warm space where people come back to themselves.
Over two days with the Alchemy Crystal Bowls, you learn everything you need to offer sound baths and sound healing sessions. Just as important is the time you spend simply playing for yourself.
Most of the weekend, you’re right at the Crystal Tones singing bowls. You train your ear for subtle vibrations, create your own soundscapes and learn how a sound bath unfolds from beginning to end. Theory and energy work weave in naturally along the way.

For everyone who wants to start working with crystal singing bowls. Yoga teachers, therapists, bodyworkers, musicians, and anyone who simply loves the sound and wants to share it.You need no experience. If you already work with sound, you’ll refine your playing and find new ways into the bowls.
Your certificate confirms 20 hours of sound healing training and qualifies you to offer sound baths and sound healing sessions for individuals and groups. Many graduates share sound in yoga studios, wellness centers, retreats and private practice.
After Level 1, you can continue with Level 2 · The Art of Soundscapes, the Crystalline Sonic Method, or Nada Yoga · The Sound of Ceremony.
Sound Training FAQ
No. You play on our Crystal Tones® Alchemy Bowls during the whole weekend. So you get a feeling for the bowls and experience.
6 to 12 participants, so everyone has time with the bowls and personal attention.
Yes. Your 20-hour certificate qualifies you to offer sound baths and sound healing sessions for individuals and groups.
Both lead to the same certificate. Online you learn at your own pace with personal feedback. In person you play a wide selection of bowls, receive group sound baths and direct mentoring. Many people start online and come in person for the deeper experience.
We offer sound healing trainings regularly in Munich, Stuttgart, New York City and Monterey, California. Salt Lake City with Level 2 at the Crystal Tones Showroom.
Every training is led by an experienced teacher from the Alchemy Sound Studio family. Irina Sterna, founder of Alchemy Sound Studio, and our partner teachers have all trained deeply with the Alchemy Crystal Bowls and share sound with people every week. Each teacher brings their own path and their own way of holding space, rooted in the same method.
Your certificate includes a three-month practice period. Within three months after the training, you attend 3 sound baths and share 3 sound baths of your own. You can play for loved ones, friends, plants or pets, online or in person.
This part is based on trust. You receive your certificate right after the weekend either way. The practice period is there because playing regularly is what turns what you learned into your own sound.
No. Level 1 is made for complete beginners and also welcomes experienced practitioners who want to deepen their connection to the bowls.
You can continue with Level 2 · The Art of Soundscapes, Level 3, Master the Alchemist or the Alchemy Sound Method 150h or a private Mentoring.
