Relax your body, find a moment of stillness and inhaling the air of spring. Opening to the aliveness, lightness, freshness and love this new season and the equinox will bring us. Let go of any worries, thoughts, preoccupations, ideas, concerns. Let them fly away.
Today I would like to share with you about the Green Goddess — the Goddess of Spring. Opening our hearts. Bringing Love with her wide open heart, reminding us our capacity to bloom to open to the moment, to life, to love.
As we transition into the new astrological year, the equinox marks a time of balance, where day and night are of equal length. It symbolizes a harmonious alignment of energies, inviting us to find balance within ourselves — a theme beautifully expressed in Rebirth: Let the Soul Fly and in our connections with the world around us.
Spring, with its blossoming flowers and rejuvenated landscapes, serves as a powerful reminder of the cyclical nature of life and the potential for renewal and growth. It is a time of awakening, inviting us to embrace the present moment with an open heart.
The Season of Awakening with the Green Goddess
In this season of awakening, the Green Goddess (Tara, Green Goddess Alchemy) emerges as a guiding force, embodying the essence of compassion, wisdom, and unconditional love. As we connect with her energy through mantra, the alchemy sound and ritual we tap into her boundless generosity and commitment to liberation. She is also Mother Mary (connected to the Pink Aura Alchemy), endless divine giving care and love, full of compassion. She is theGoddess of Sound. Of all mantras and of the primordial sound. She is the power of compassion.
Let us sing for Spring, for the Heart, to the Goddess of Love. Let us share light and joyful sounds. Let us fly away by our Openness to Love.
SOUNDS FOR THE SEASON OF LOVE:
- Mantra: Chanting the sacred mantra "Om Tare Tuttare Ture Soha" invoke Tara's presence and wisdom, allowing her compassionate energy to flow through us and radiate outwards to all beings.

RITUALS FOR THE SEASON OF LOVE:
- Deep Listening: As she is also the Goddess of Sound we connect to her through listening to any Sound that arises, fully abiding in it.
- Truthfulness: Speaking only what is helpful, kind and necessary.
- Create Sacred Space: Create space in your home, schedule to connect what is truly important to your heart. Set up an altar with items of nature and renewal.
- Connect with Nature: Step outside and spend some time connecting with nature. Take a walk in the park, sit by a river, or simply spend time in your backyard or balcony. Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin, breathe in the fresh air, and observe the signs of new life emerging all around you.
Interconnectedness of All
So, let us embrace this moment of transformation, opening our hearts wide to the beauty and abundance of life, and seeing the world through the eyes of love and compassion. As we welcome the arrival of spring and the blessings of the Green Goddess, may we cultivate a deep sense of gratitude and appreciation for the interconnectedness of all things.
